Terms and Condtions

1. These terms and conditions govern your use of Concert Parking (referred to as the “website”).
2. Our services are provided on the understanding that customers fully accept the website’s terms and conditions, including service provider terms, cancellation policies, and our liabilities. We offer a range of high-value and budget options, primarily low-cost products, and our terms are designed to keep prices affordable.
3. By using our website, you agree to these terms and conditions in full.
4. The website acts solely as a booking agent for service providers. It does not provide the parking services directly.
5. You must read and understand all information about each service provider, including their terms, before purchasing their service. If you have any questions, please raise them before committing.
6. If certain terms are unenforceable, this does not render the entire contract unenforceable; the terms are severable.
7. This contract is governed by English law.
8. We reserve the right to change these Terms, but once you have made a booking, the Terms that apply are those on the Website at the time of booking. Always re-check these Terms before booking to ensure you accept them.

2. Bookings and Services
1. Bookings made through the website are confirmed by email containing a booking reference number.
2. Bookings made by telephone or online chat will be confirmed by the operator with a booking reference number.
3. All bookings are subject to availability. Ashton Gate Parking reserves the right not to accept or fulfill a booking. If a booking is canceled by the service provider, a refund will be given, but Ashton Gate Parking accepts no liability for any consequential losses. Ensure you have adequate travel insurance.
4. All bookings are non-transferable.
5. If your booking confirmation is not received, contact us immediately to avoid any no-show/cancellation charges.
6. Ensure you provide correct contact details and read directions to your car park or meet-and-greet instructions.
7. If changes are made to your booking after confirmation, we will notify you as soon as possible. If new arrangements are unsuitable, we will offer a full refund.
8. Service providers may not allow the use of Dash Cams or Trackers due to insurance and security reasons. Check with the service provider before booking.
9. Service providers may move vehicles between different compounds for operational and security purposes, especially during busy periods.
10. Print and bring your booking confirmation email when you travel for verification.
11. Vehicles may be moved to different compounds for operational reasons.
3. Prices and Payments
1. All prices are for pre-booking and in GBP.
2. All bookings are subject to a non-refundable booking fee.
3. Payments via our website or telephone can be made by card. We accept all major credit/debit cards and PayPal.
4. If a card payment is declined, Ashton Gate Parking and the service provider reserve the right not to fulfill the booking.
5. Service providers may charge additional fees for extras like delays, and larger vehicles. Check your booking confirmation for any additional surcharges.
6. Ashton Gate Parking acts as a booking agent and cannot issue VAT receipts. Full VAT invoices/receipts can be obtained from the principal operator.
4. Amendments and Cancellations
1. All amendments or cancellation requests must be made in writing by emailing sales@concertparking.co.uk or calling us, quoting your booking reference number.
2. Bookings with Cancellation Cover can be canceled up to 72 hours before the departure date. You will receive a refund minus the admin/booking fee and any upsells.
3. Bookings made within 72 hours of drop-off are non-refundable.
4. Cancellation Cover does not apply to bookings made within 72 hours of the drop-off date.
5. A booking may be canceled up to 72 hours prior to drop-off, except for non-flexible offers, which are non-refundable. All cancellations incur a £15 administration fee.
6. Customers wishing to shorten their stay will still be liable for the full fee for the service booked.
7. Non-refundable bookings for Savers or non-flexible products cannot be canceled or amended.
8. Cancellation/amendment requests can only be actioned within office hours (Mon-Fri 9:00 am to 5:00 pm).
9. Once confirmed, cancellations or amendments cannot be reversed.
10. Refunds will be made to the credit/debit card used at booking.
11. For cancellation and amendment timelines, the service is deemed to have commenced at midnight on the day before the booked services start.
5. Ashton Gate Parking Liability
1. Vehicles are parked at the owner’s risk. No valuables should be left in the vehicle. Your own insurance must cover any claims.
2. Ashton Gate Parking’s total liability for all claims is limited to the cost of the booking. We accept no liability for consequential losses. Ensure you have adequate travel insurance.
3. We aim to provide accurate information about offers, but if we become aware of any inaccuracies, we will correct them as soon as possible.
6. Complaints Process
1. Ashton Gate Parking is liable only for losses directly arising from its negligence in processing a booking. Claims related to car parking services must be made against the service provider.
2. Complaints about the quality of car parking services should be made in writing to the service provider with a copy to Ashton Gate Parking.
3. Complaints about the booking process should be sent to sales@concertparking.co.uk.
7. Liabilities and Other Terms
1. Ashton Gate Parking will not be liable for mechanical faults or rust/paint wear.
2. Complaints must be made within 5 days. If not, Ashton Gate Parking and the service provider may refuse liability.
3. Report damage or condition issues on the sign-off sheet with clear photos, including the terminal and car registration. Failure to do so may result in refused liability.
4. If any terms are partially or wholly illegal or unreasonable, they will be deemed severable from the remaining terms.
5. These terms are governed by English law and subject to English court jurisdiction.
6. Your vehicle must be taxed and comply with the Road Traffic Act. You are liable for any fines or charges due to non-compliance.
7. Ashton Gate Parking accepts no liability for faulty keys, alarm fobs, or other keys left on the key ring.
8. No vehicles are covered for theft, fire, flood damage, or other acts of nature while in the service provider’s custody.
9. The service provider will endeavor to return your vehicle within 60 minutes of your call, depending on traffic and weather conditions.
10. Ashton Gate Parking is not liable for minor scratches, dents, chips, broken glass, or discoloration of paintwork.
11. No liability is accepted for valuables left in the vehicle.
